Overloading of skips

Just a friendly update on overloading our skips.

As we are now getting into our busy season we are getting lots of calls for collections and many skips are overloaded, unfortunately our drivers cannot take them like this. We appreciate the cost of living crisis is difficult at the moment and as a business we are feeling the brunt of the pricing hikes too. Lots of customers are ordering skips too small for their project or house clearance. Please order a larger skip if you are unsure how much waste you have.

The skip must only be filled to a 'level load' and there should be nothing protruding above this line. Do not build up the sides to stack more waste, as this will likely incur a wasted journey charge upon collection until the excess waste is removed and (or) an additional skip will need to be paid for. The use of "greedy boards" (boards or similar used to increase the side height of the skip) are not permitted as part of our service.
